Quad City Bix 7 Road Race

The prestigious 7-mile trek through the streets of Davenport, lined with thousands of spectators and over 14 live bands is one of the largest non-marathon purses in the U.S.! Saturday 8:00 AM July 30th

Bix Beiderbecke Memorial Jazz Festival

July 28th - July 31st
The outdoor venue for the Bix Fest is at LeClaire Park and it features a food court, an outstanding band shell, a bust of Bix and historic plaques, water and restrooms, and a grandstand seat for action along the banks of the Mississippi River.There is comfortable seating and plenty of room for folding chairs and blankets. Those who wish may bring in their own food and refreshments.

There will be ten of the nations top jazz bands alternating at the four venues throughout the festival. Also demonstrating their jazz proficiency will be members of the Bix Jazz Society Youth Band, carriers of the torch for the next generation of Bix enthusiasts.
