Quad Cities Marathon

The Quad Cities Marathon is held each September and is quite an event. Where else can you run a race that covers five cities, crosses three bridges, includes two states, an island and the Mighty Mississippi River? That is just a sampling of what you will experience.

The 26.2 mile marathon run starts and ends at i wireless Center, in the John Deere Commons area, on River Drive in downtown Moline, Illinois. The Mississippi River route creates a beautiful setting for a road race that is growing larger every year. The marathon has multiple types of races besides the main marathon inclung a half, 5K, walk and Kids.
